Orders are processed and shipped Monday–Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays). You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Packaging
Every order ships bubble-wrap protected in plain, discreet packaging — no product names or branding on the outside of the box. Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature during transit; cold shipping is not used or required.
Carriers & transit
Orders are fulfilled from within the United States and shipped via USPS. A tracking link is emailed as soon as your label is scanned so you can follow it to your door.
Returns & refunds
Because these are research materials, we cannot accept returns of opened or used product. If a product arrives with a documented quality or identity issue versus its Certificate of Analysis, contact us within 7 days and we will replace it or refund it.
Damaged or lost orders
If your order arrives damaged, email support@quantyxlabs.com with photos and your order number and we'll make it right. For orders marked delivered but not received, we'll help open a carrier trace.
